THE POCKET INJECTOR

Terms of purchase

How quotations, payments, deliveries and incidents work at TPI.

Legal information

Legal noticePrivacyCookiesTerms of purchaseReturns and warranties

1. Seller and scope

These terms govern purchases and contracts with THE POCKET INJECTOR S.L., Tax ID B44772739, using the details in the legal notice. They apply to the shop and to quoted work, always respecting rights granted to consumers by law.

2. Products, projects and quotations

Standard products may be shown with a direct price. TPI-Pro, moulds, commissioning, trials and technical services may require review and a specific quotation. An estimator result is indicative and does not replace a final quotation.

Before acceptance, the scope, price, taxes, shipping, payment method, estimated timeframe and, where applicable, personalised features of the work will be stated.

3. Order and contract

Shop orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Opening the Stripe payment gateway may reserve stock temporarily for 10 minutes but does not constitute payment. The contract is confirmed when payment or the agreed method is validated and TPI sends the corresponding confirmation.

For custom projects, the contract begins when the quotation is accepted under its instructions and any required advance payment is made.

4. Prices and payment

Prices show VAT and applicable charges before confirmation. The shop may accept card payments through Stripe. A quotation may provide for bank transfer, advance payments or partial payments. TPI does not store complete card details.

If TPI and the client agree in writing to a partial payment for a mould and to begin its design, preparation or manufacture, the quotation or agreement will identify the advance, the balance, its payment deadline and the authorised work. Non-payment of the balance may lead to suspension and termination of the order, following a written payment demand with a reasonable additional period and respecting any communicated extensions.

On termination for that non-payment, the advance will be applied to design, preparation and work actually performed, valued at the previously agreed prices and scope, and to specific committed materials and expenses that cannot be recovered. TPI will provide an itemised settlement, deducting recovered amounts and avoiding duplicate charges. If those items equal or exceed the advance, it may be used in full; if they are lower, the difference will be refunded. This rule does not affect a mould paid for in full or limit the client's rights if TPI breaches the contract.

5. Availability and lead times

If there is an obvious pricing error, lack of stock or technical impossibility, TPI will contact you before proceeding and offer a solution or refund. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly committed to in writing, particularly for moulds and customised work.

6. Delivery and shipping

The delivery address must be complete and accurate. In consumer sales, risk passes when the client or named person physically receives the order, except where they arrange their own carrier not offered by TPI.

If the packaging has visible damageIt is advisable to note it on the carrier document, take photographs and notify TPI as soon as possible. If damage was hidden, notify us as soon as it is discovered. These recommendations help with a carrier claim but do not remove the customer’s legal rights.

7. Returns, conformity and warranty

Withdrawal, defective returns, transport incidents and warranties are explained on the Returns and warranties page. Clearly personalised products may be excluded from withdrawal but remain protected against lack of conformity or defects.

8. Safe use and documentation

The customer must follow the manual, warnings, technical data sheet and safety data sheet supplied with the product. Machines, materials and moulds must be used only for their intended purpose and by suitably trained personnel.

9. Support and complaints

Write to tpi@thepocketinjector.com. TPI provides official Generalitat Valenciana complaint forms where required. The former European online dispute resolution platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025, so no obsolete link is included.

10. Law and jurisdiction

Spanish law applies. Consumers may use the courts and protection mechanisms that legally apply to them. In business-to-business relationships, the quotation or contract governs.
