Workflow

The route can vary by project, but this is the usual structure for a machine, mould, injection service or combination.
Feasibility review
We assess geometry, demoulding, wall thicknesses, intended material, size and initial mould complexity.
Estimate and proposal
We prepare initial guidance on a machine, mould, service or complete project, always subject to technical review.
Mould design and manufacture
When the project proceeds, we define the TPI-Pro-compatible mould and prepare it for the first trials.
Injection trial
We test material, cycle, gating, ejection and finish to identify adjustments before validating the part.
Validation and delivery
We deliver the machine, mould, parts or agreed solution with the information needed to continue working.
Files and samples
Your file helps us start with real data.
A better-defined starting point lets us assess the mould faster and identify potential problems before manufacturing.
Technical review
Not everything that can be 3D printed can be injection moulded.
A part may look right in 3D yet need changes to demoulding, wall thicknesses, gates, ejection or material. This review avoids proceeding with a mould that later needs major corrections.

I need a mould
We start with your part to estimate complexity, manufacture the mould and test it before delivery.
I need samples or short runs
We can help with trials, validation, pre-series or occasional injection services.
Important
An automatic estimate does not replace a human review.
The analysis system provides guidance on cost and feasibility, but final decisions on moulds, manufacturing and quotations always require technical review. Fewer assumptions, more informed mould design.
