4. Recipients and suppliers

Data is disclosed only when necessary: payment providers such as Stripe, carriers and Envia for shipping, technology providers such as Supabase, Vercel, Railway or Resend, accountants and public authorities where legally required. Each provider receives only the data necessary for its function.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, safeguards required by law are used, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

5. Retention

Data is kept while a relationship or request remains active and afterwards for the period needed to meet legal obligations or respond to possible liabilities. Technical files that do not become a project are deleted or restricted when no longer necessary, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by writing to tpi@thepocketinjector.com and identifying your request. You may withdraw consent without affecting previous processing. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

7. Decisions and minors

The estimator gives technical guidance but does not make fully automated legal or contractual decisions: a result may need human review. Services are intended for adults and professionals; minors must not register or submit files without their representative.

8. Website audience

We measure this website's audience using temporary session state and daily entry totals by page, country and province when available, without identifying people or linking visits to customer files. Session state lasts at most 24 hours and geographic daily totals at most 25 months. Older business evolution contains monthly totals only, without browser, location or page information.

We also retain anonymous daily page consultation counts and total approximate visible time by page, country and province when available, for up to 25 months. Average time is calculated from those totals. Hidden tabs and inactivity beyond one minute are excluded. No individual journey or individual visit duration is retained. Independent temporary message markers prevent duplicate counting and expire within 24 hours; they contain no page, location, duration, session or account. These statistics are not linked to customer files or used for advertising.

When the anonymous entry counter increases, TPI can receive a generic internal counter alert. Its operational history retains the alert generation time and delivery status for at most 365 days, without a browser or account identifier, location, page or link to the audience statistics. No new browser storage is added. Retry queues expire after processing or within 30 days. This does not create an individual browsing history.

With your optional consent, we recognize this browser's returns and store entry dates and approximate country, region and town for at most 365 days. These entries may generate generic internal notifications for authorized TPI administrators. We do not infer identities from IP addresses or combine devices or customer accounts. Withdraw permission in Cookie settings, linked in the website footer; this stops future recognition. Earlier daily aggregate totals have no browser identifier and are kept for at most 25 months.

Estimator access statistics

TPI counts accesses by registered accounts to its estimator for internal statistics about adoption and recurring use of its own service. The counter is updated on the server when the estimator requests its normal configuration, using the identity already authenticated to provide that service. Repeated openings less than 30 minutes apart count as one entry across devices using the same account. This is not a count of completed calculations or submitted requests.

The legal basis is TPI’s legitimate interest in measuring adoption and recurrence of its own authenticated estimator, limited to these counters. No extra analytics cookie or browser tracker is installed. These statistics do not copy parts, files, prices or calculation results, do not link anonymous website visits to customer files and are not used for advertising or automated decisions.

Only the day and entry count are retained per account, for at most 365 days. Temporary deduplication state lasts at most 24 hours. Daily totals without account identifiers are retained for up to 25 months; older business evolution contains anonymous monthly totals only. Account-linked frequency is visible only to authorized TPI administrators.

You can object by excluding your account below or contacting TPI through the channels in this privacy policy. Exclusion stops future counting and deletes account-linked detail; anonymous totals remain. This does not affect your access, estimates or commercial requests. The exclusion preference is kept while the account exists until you change it; it does not expire automatically.
