1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file or piece of information that a website stores in the browser, for example to keep a session open or remember a setting.
2. Cookies currently used
These necessary cookies protect sign-in and operation of the private area.
| Indicative identifier | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
sb-<project>-auth-token and possible fragments | Authentication, session maintenance and private-area security through Supabase. | Renewed according to the session and may have a configured technical maximum of up to 400 days. It is removed or becomes invalid when signing out or expiring. |
3. Audience statistics
General statistics use a first-party session cookie (tpi_audience_session), with a fixed lifetime of at most 24 hours. Temporary session state avoids counting reloads as new entries and expires within 24 hours. Only daily entry totals by page, country and province when available are retained, for up to 25 months; no town or coordinates are stored in these general totals. They are not linked to customer files or used for advertising. Older evolution is kept only as anonymous monthly totals, without location, page or browser identity.
We also retain anonymous daily page consultation counts and total approximate visible time by page, country and province when available, for up to 25 months. Average time is calculated from those totals. Hidden tabs and inactivity beyond one minute are excluded. No individual journey or individual visit duration is retained. Independent temporary message markers prevent duplicate counting and expire within 24 hours; they contain no page, location, duration, session or account. These statistics are not linked to customer files or used for advertising.
When the anonymous entry counter increases, TPI can receive a generic internal counter alert. Its operational history retains the alert generation time and delivery status for at most 365 days, without a browser or account identifier, location, page or link to the audience statistics. No new browser storage is added. Retry queues expire after processing or within 30 days. This does not create an individual browsing history.
Optional recognition starts only after you choose Accept optional cookies. It uses tpi_visit_recognition and tpi_visit_choice for at most 365 days, to recognize returns from this browser and retain entry dates and approximate location for 365 days. The lifetime is not extended by subsequent visits. Consented entries can generate generic internal notifications for authorized TPI administrators. You can reject or withdraw permission in Cookie settings, linked in the website footer; rejection does not prevent use of the website. We do not infer identities from IP addresses or join anonymous history to customer accounts.
tpi_visit_internal remembers the exclusion of an administrator's browser for at most 365 days. Authentication cookies remain necessary for the private area. No full IP address, exact coordinates, URL parameters or names are retained in our visit records.
4. How to remove them
You can delete cookies through your browser settings. If you delete or block the necessary ones, your session will end or private functions may stop working.
5. Future changes
If we add other optional purposes, we will update this information and ask for the corresponding permission before enabling them.
